This is bit of a mystery to me as I know the Ajanta villa project. I know that some owners requested plan changes and that caused delays.
I can't remember mention of there being a completion time of March 06,It's more like the start date.
The reason why I know this is that I know the developers and I know the timeframe discussed. I considered investing in the development stage of the project myself.
Yes they have been friends of mine for nearly 20 years and I have met a number of their villa buyers.
Just a bit gobsmacked at the insinuation by the buyer of wrong doing.
