We have stayed in the Grand Hyatt and thought it was great, but very large. The club area was fantastic, as is the room. There was security everywhere. The meals were expensive but good. When we were there the beach was very windy and we didn't go in the surf. Since then we moved up the road to the Laguna Resort & Spa (previously Sheraton Laguna). About the same price and we absolutely love this hotel, think it is paradise. By contrast the Hyatt is huge and seems more impersonal. When we return to the Sheraton each year it is just like returning home. By the way, Nusa Dua is great to stay, lots to see and do. Lots of Forum people don't think it is "the real Bali" and prefer Kuta, etc.
