Raspberry cordial

Sorry, if this has been answered before - I have been looking for raspberry cordial/juice in the supermarket and the closest I found was cascade brand with 25% raspberry juice - is 25% enough to help fight off any gastro bugs or do I need the 100% juice.
Where in Brisbane can I find the real stuff? I have looked everywhere...
