Hi, The Kartika has family rooms with 2-bedrooms. It is in a very central spot. The other place we stayed at was at the Patra and we met a couple who had two children and they stayed in an Embassy Suite which was well laid out. Walk in to a small lounge/kitchenette area, then down a small corridor is the childrens bedroom and bathroom, then upstairs is the master suite and bathroom for the adults. Very private! Although the Patra is a taxi ride away from everything, it is not that far - only costs about 20,000 to get into the heart of Kuta. We loved the Patra - the staff were extremely friendly and it was a very relaxed place to be. They also have villas within the hotel ground. The Kartika was very luxurious for us and had a lot more Europeans.
