Having ever only flown GA to Bali over many many years I feel the actual flight is only as good as the crew on the day, the attention they give, or NOT, to you determine the final result , price, puntuality etc don't matter after that, it simply means how you experienced THAT flight on THAT airline on THAT particular day..no more no less.....
