I'd reconfirm but you would still need to check whether you are going on your scheduled flight. Garuda have been changing their schedules daily from what I've been told.
Mum was booked on the flight out of Perth at 8:00am 11 August but in fact didn't leave until 1:30pm that afternoon with no explanation from Garuda at all.
Our flight was scheduled to leave Bali at 1.30am on Sunday morning, rescheduled to 00:30am Sunday morning and arrived at the airport Saturday night to find that our flight had in fact been overbooked. We were offered either a flight back that night via Melbourne,arriving in Perth around 2pm Sunday afternoon. The other option offered was overnight in Bali and coming back on a non-existent midday flight on Sunday.
All I can say is .. good luck if you are flying Garuda.
