Since this will be our first trip to Bali, I have lots of questions and I really appreciate the replies so far :)
How does babysitting work in Bali -- specifically Ubud -- would a babysitter come to our hotel, or would we be leaving our child somewhere else? How do you find one that you trust? Do they have a cell phone so that they can call you if there is any problem?
What do they typically charge per hour?
We are thinking that we may want to "splurge" on one nice dinner somewhere, so how far are the nice restaurants from the "town center"?
I know it is a very general question -- but we don't know where we are staying yet, nor where we plan to eat ;( so any/all suggestions are welcome. We will be staying at one of the many budget hotels in Ubud
and I'm not sure we can afford to go to Mozaic (how much is the tasting menu?), but we've heard that there are other nice restaurants which aren't as expensive (perhaps 200000 per person?).
