We left Denpasar June 25th and had all the same probs as you. We went into the Prada Lounge (it is SO worth paying the Rp100,000 just fro the nice clean loo!) and went up to the gate at the time the flight was due to leave. Upon arriving at the gate we were told it was leaving an hour late and hadn't arrived from Sydney yet. I ducked in to use the loo up there and honestly...it was awful! They were all full to the brim. So we went back down to Prada for another hour!
Don't know if you can blame Jetstar for the state of the loos though - I would have thought that it would be Airport Managements problem.
The Jetstar lateness factor seems to be pretty common, but as a previous poster said, I would rather be late and safe!
