I prefer to drink at Billy's beach bar, its next to S + S, a bit closer to the Mandira and he is a really nice man. Has good seats too, and stools for those of us who prefer them.
He stocks all the usual drinks, and water as well.
He also provides water for the beach dogs, so he gets my patronage !
