we also stay at the GVC. As you come out the front and face Jl Padma Utara just to the left is a little lane with a tailor on the corner. If you go to the little shop right next to the tailor they also do sim cards and set it up for you. We have always traipsed up to Kuta Square until this year when we found this little shop when we were in the tailors.
