from that list I would recommend Cozy.
Their massages are fantastic, and you do need to book as it is a preferred place to most locals, expats and massage experts .:)
If you choose your massage based on which is cheaper though, you will most likely end up in a place with smelly, oily massage tables, inferior oils and not highly qualified staff.
For a real touch of luxury Prana Spa is pure bliss.
