It will really depend on which area you want to stay in, eg Kuta, Legian etc. Hotels in those areas will be very popular as there are holidays from October 12 through October 16. Java seems to close down for a week enad everyone (and their SUV) comes to Bali. Bali is now very popular with the domestic market. Some hotels like the Ramayana are fully booked until October 20. You will have more luck out of the main areas. Cheers, Stormy
