Hi, I just joined the forum and saw your question about Tjokorda. The phone number I have for him is 011-62-361-294565. I believe that if you call him while in Bali you just need to call 294565. Perhaps someone else on the forum knows for sure. He lives in Puri Negari, Singapadu Tengah, Sukawati. Many of the drivers in Ubud know how to get to the Puri. Out of respect I suggest you wear a sarong.
You will enjoy this wonderful man and his family. I saw Tjokorda many times from 1995 to 2001. He is remarkable, to say the least. He has a wonderful sense of humor and is an amazing healer!
