Well, as always our holiday had to come to an end, much against our wishes. However, just to let you know some superficial stuff before we actually get down to the details later on. Weflew into Bali for a one night stay at Patra Bali before we went up to Villa Semana at Ubud for a week of wonderful slothing! Patra Bali was a nice hotel, never stayed there before, but was good for a one night stand. Next dqat went to Discovery Mal to get new glasses. Optik Tunggal was great. Two pairs of glasses, (one short sight, and one lo0ng sight, great frames, $140 Au dollars for the two). Off to VillaSemana early afternoon, brilliant. We spent 7 days at VS, more comingsoon about Chef Alit, and the staff. this is a paradise in Bali.one which must be experienced o be believed.
Anyway, just to say we are back, hating it, cold, missing our beloved Bali and its people, especially Sammy, Susie, Made, Melissa, Linda and Kim, our wonderful beach people.
