The Rani has become very popular it seems this year!
Watch out for lounge hogs at the pool!!
You will need to email them yourself to try to get a ground floor room booked for you.
We were there in April and there were many clients very upset because there were no ground floor rooms avaliable for them.
This has continued on since I believe.
We also keep in touch with Denny and he will do his best to help you out.
I do believe that "Arini" does the room bookings though.
If you email her and ask for a ground floor room and state that you CANNOT CLIMB STAIRS, she will help you out.Do it ASAP.
If you don't email them you won't get a ground floor room!

We always have room 137 which is ground floor, away from the stairwell,shaded in the afternoons and has good hot shower.
Nice hotel, Great location.
