Hi there
Not a problem with getting up to Masa Inn in taxi or larger vehicle for tours etc. its the place where the taxis can actually turn around and head back down to Kuta Beach Road. The lane is quite OK up until TJ's mexican restaurant where taxis cars need to turn left and head down another lane.
