Do you mean getting married to an Indonesian citizen or are you both from abroad?
Marriage between couples with different religion isn't possible in Indonesia but this only applys if you'r getting married to an Indonesian citizen. People from other countrys who which to get married in Bali doesn't have to worry about this.
