Garen view cottages always seem to have alot of families (and Crackers lot stayed there heaps)they would certainly be cheaper.The rooms there have dvd players and I believe there is a new pool, no kids club.
Bali garden hotel has alot of families so thats probably worth a try.It has a pool table and is on the beach....would be cheaper than Dynasty.
Maybe The Locha hotel in legian...
Last 2 that i can think of are Jayakarta and melasti beach...both large properties catering for families.
