bad weather in the Perth the previous evening - my parents were 5 hours late coming back in that evening but they were cool about it as Garuda had told them so they had the time in Sanur not the airport and I guess it is luck of the draw as to whether the delays happen outbound or inbound! I guess Garuda are running on a tight budget and haven't got the extra planes available when these delays occur and it puts subsequent flights off the schedule times... it is disappointing but we are lucky in Perth to have all the flights we have I guess... but I do understand how it would feel if you lose those hours in Bali!
