Buddah's Belly is in Kuta. It's a pretty funky billiard hall/ restaurant. The food is really amazing here and the decor is very trendy. While the restaurant is not airconditioned, the pool rooms are airconditioned very nicely.
Check this place out, it is well worth a look.
