We were delayed 4 hrs on Tuesday on the flight returning to Perth,4 hour delay soon turned to 5 1/2hrs. I wasn't too concerned as I had extra shopping time. However my sister damaged her ankle whilst over in Bali and ended up in a cast [Lots of Praise for hospital and staff at the BIMC they were fantastic] She had to fly with her leg elevated, so Garuda changed her flight but left her 8 yr old daughter on the original flight by herself! After many arguements with Garuda they managed to fly out together, but the original flight on Friday morning was cancelled, they arrived home yesterday lunch time. Very disappointed with the whole flying experience, we definately need more choice in airlines.
