A doona is a bed cover. A stuffed quilted cover that is usually plain white cotton, filled with feathers, wool or other padding. Doona covers go over them, kinda like a giant pillowcase/cover.
A stubby holder is used for putting your beer into, to keep the beer cold and your hand not so cold. Stubby being the slang word for a small bottle of beer.
