Travel agent or internet group booking?

We have 19 adults and 2 children wanting to book accommodation at the Puri Raja in July next year. Does anyone know whether it is better to book through a travel agent or do it ourselves on the internet? Also I am finding it difficult to book for next year and to make a group booking. Has anyone got any suggestions?
