I have stayed at Tegal Sari a few times and over the past 3 stays, stayed in the new rooms.
I honestly havent noticed any more people around. We always eat our breakfast on the balcony, so maybe if we went to the restaurant, we would notice more guests.
They do warn guests who order breakfast on the balcony that it may not be piping hot due to the time taken to get to the rooms from the kitchen.
The pool lounges were never all taken, and we invaded with 4 guests each time.
The hotel is very conscious of not becoming too big and not being able to run the business in top form as they do now.
The new 2 bedroom villa has seperate entrance and own pool.
