so a telephone call may be wise and it is better to visit after 2.30 when all the children are home from school. The Ph. No.(0361)7912198 or mobile.08123958733 and the person in charge is Drs.I Nyoman Sukantha. I used a company called Suta Tours to get us there it cost 500.000 for the day (8Hrs) and 50.000 an hour thereafter, a lovely girl Agung, who speaks very good english and lives in the Gianyar district was our guide for the day, Tel.(0361)741665.
As to what to take it is up to you, the essentials always come in handy like foodstuffs etc. You could also go for some hand/eye coordination toys or puzzles and Nyoman also said they were in dire straits for new school uniforms for the children and also a water filter system. If you are thinking about clothes all the children range between 8 to 15 and one boy of 17 (not very tall).
I noticed that the bed linen and towells were all looking a bit tired as well, I will be back there in December. Hope that helps.
