I would not bother with "brand name" clothing as if bub spills and stains - washing in bali isnt quite the same, i take bar of napisan soap to soak if something stains and soak, but seriously the kids clothes in Matahari and Centro are fantastic, and great discounts...lots of choice, you will be spoilt...and always sales sales sales...oooh dont forget Ramayana in denpasar too!! my kids are 6 & 4 now and i buy the shoes, jeans etc, my son has grown up wearing Popeye, Bart Simpson (cool skate clothes), there is Little M brand, AND they dont look "asian" clothes are great quality and loads to choose from...ONE TIP put bub to bed in long leg and long sleeve pjs (cotton) as for mossies when sleeping and put repellent on your hands and then dab on bubs face - buy Autan from chemist/supermarket to stop bites and buy Bokasi oil for any scraps or bites...(also put towel at base of your hotel door to stop mossies getting in room whilst sleeping and spray room before bedtime)we are going in august and this is my kids 6th trip.....my daughter was only 14mths when she first went..and son 3yrs...sorry to go on...cheers...
