How old is your baby, we travelled with 14month old twins, we found we could buy most things we needed such as nappies, wipes, baby food (formula not sure as we did not look).
You can you buy in the food section of Matahari in Kuta Square, rang of baby food, cereal, but most of there stores carry a range. In Sanur there is a super market called Alas Arum Agung Sanur, locateed on the main road it has a wide range of good.
Would advise to take a couple of days supply, just to cover self until have been to shops.
remeber to keep their fluids up and lots of sunscreen.
