Will try again. Previous attempt was denied access, so not really sure what I wrote that was unacceptable. Day 4. After an early breakfast we sashayed over to the black haired red lipstick money changer for an exchange of cash. Very good dealer. Caught a taxi ti Supernova but found it to be quite rundown and nowhere near as good as Hardy's at Sanur. However I had heard so much about the magic that MT products can perform I wanted Beth to try them. Bought a few jars and tubes of the magic and then in a taxi to Centro. One pair of thongs and two coffees later we were on our way again.Few bintangs and then to the Flying Piano for dinner. Terrific food and great musicians who stroll aroud the tables and sing your requests. Very enyoyable. On the way back we stopped and bought some DVD's for the granddaughters.Day 5.After an early breakfast we walked down to Garlic Lane for a bit of shopping. After a bit of coaxing from a sales lady Beth bought a couple of tops. A bit further on I bought a wallet after some serious negotiation for 70000 and the walked next door and was offered the same type of wallet for 50000. Told him that I had just bought one and he said ok you can have this one for 30000. Could not resist it, so now have one for each pocket.Had iced coffee at Ours and they were great even if a bit on the sweet side. Back to the hotel and Beth decided to rinse the tops she had bought and as if by magic they shrunk 2 inches. Not happy Jan. Told her to put it down to experience. Decided to head over to Sanur to catch up with old friends. How happy they were to see us. Bought shoes and purses and presents for our little girls and then had foot massage on the beach. I always have my two big toenails painted to make my grand-daughters laugh. This time I had a gekko on one and a frangipanni on the other. Beth said that I am just an old poof.Bought a couple of watches from my mate at Sinduh and really restrained myself this time as I already have a drawer full of watches that don't work.Walked to Hardy's and bought spicy nuts and chips and then transport back to the hotel for bintangs and nibbles on the balcony. Showers and a walk around to Yutz's Place for dinner. Absolutely no complaints there as the steaks were great and the Lindemans wine was fantastic. Bought a few DVD's for the grand-daughters on the way back.Next installment tomorrow.
