The J'karta is great, its big. There are heaps of shops around, you need to like walking in Bali or taxi's are cheap, they do have big size clothing for men and women. Grab a driver from the front of the hotel for Ubud, half a day is usually enough, have lunch and if interested go to the Zoo, its worth a visit. DVD shops are everywhere and its hit and miss, but for approx $1.00 each it really doesn't matter.
Enjoy, you'll love it.
Also head down the beach one sunset and have a binny.
