If it happened to me, not that I'd care about this "egg wrong place"
international incident, I would have quietly asked the waiter to take it back and do it how I wanted it. Most decent places I'm acquainted with would have obliged quietly; Balinese mostly understand how breakfast is, to us, the meal that shapes your day.
Some places however of the more Okker attitude would have pasted the egg on his face or maybe administered it to him post rectum.
Maybe his stomping back to his room would have been his regular morning eggsercise; sorry 'bout dat -:)))
