Was strongly urged to write a letter to them stating my claim. I guess thats a start. I will write a letter and see what happens. Go to the Jetstar website and get the address for the office in your city to send the letter to. Send the amount you paid, reservation number and any other details you think are relevant. Once you hear from them I guess you can decide if you want to take it further to get some money back if they wont refund it.
