Found ketuts shop purely by accident, was put onto it by jack from billys, bought up big in that shop......
I got my cushion covers from Brumby Bali as well as the boss got some work shirts made - the cushion covers fitted well, i was a bit worried about those but all good.
Found a place and bought heaps of billabong stuff for fixed price (velly cheap!!)kids tshirts for 20,000 etc, if anybody wants to know where, just email me...
got prescription sunnies and glasses from Optik Tunggal(?) in centro, paid about $300 Aus which was really good, my friends who didnt know you could buy glasses bought some too so between us we bought 6 or 7 pairs....
the kids bought those "sticks" i dont know what you call them but its a set of 3 sticks you have to try to do tricks with the small stick holding the 2 longer sticks, i had a go was bloody useless, balinese do it so well (like everything else!!!)
soccer shirts, mophead bought about 11 of them (what for i dont know) the magpie was more into the junky type toys that break easily (shame)
the boss bought fishing gear, and ipod holder with speakers $60aus that was a saving of about $80.
Best shopping down poppies 2, JL benesari and garlic lane for me.
Best massage in Bali at Salon Hana for 39,000 1hr, ask for Putu. She had the hands of an angel.... we have had lots of massages all over the place, definately the best there....
Mophead finally was talked into getting the mop cut off, we found a great hairdressing salon on poppies 2 up near the legian road end, it was just like a salon here in Oz, they had a book with pics in and mophead picked out a style he wanted. I was a bit dubious about it but thought if worst came to worst we could just buzz it off back to a number 1. The guy did a fantastic job, shampoo, cut and styling for 35,000 - i was going to go and get my hair done there as well but ran out of time.....
I didnt go but apparantly Carrefore is great, cheap shopping, worth a look so im told..
geez didnt think this would take so long trying to explain everthing LOL
