grog at the supermarket in Bali and pack it in your suitcase and not hand luggage you will not have a problem leaving Bali. It will not be confiscated. Just make sure it is well wrapped/protected in case the bottle breaks en route.
Arriving in Australia it will be included in your duty free allowance of imported alcohol even though it was not purchased as duty free alcohol in Bali.
