you can get them at the chemist here in Perth I'm told but much cheaper in Bali and in bali you can get them every where, and chemist will have them you put them on the area of pain I normally used 2 at a time as Dian says Aussie have big body!! LOL they come in different heat levels, red for hot blue for warm, they work on the idea of promoting blood flow and you use them for muscle and joint pain.
