The geneva Handicraft Centre is located JL Raya Kerobokan No 100 Kuta, your driver should know, also I cant find the actual address for the Billabong place but there are quite a few the drivers call them Factory outlets and the girls in one of them was more than happy to give my driver the address. I couldn't find much under size ten but good luck
