I have never had a problem with San Michele but always deal directly with the agent rep on the coast. The only time I tried to book with other travel agents that are frequently mentioned on here, I had a problem with the poor service so I would look no further than San Michele. I guess it is who you like ! Everyone has their favourite and some agents obviously have their favourites !
