I would prefer to get down south with plenty of time to spare, so I would be more inclined to allow 4 hours from Permuteran to Airport.
We left one day at 9am and drove via Gillimanuk to snorkel on Menjangan Island, arriving about 1pm, then left about 4pm and didnt get to Kuta till almost 8pm, via Seririt, then south to Bedugal.
