We have stayed here a couple of times, and will be back in Oct / Nov.
The Manager (Theo) is a Dutchman I believe, and runs a lovely place.
It is virtually on the beach, with a pool a stones throw from the shore.
There have been some new rooms added since our last stay, so can't speak for them, but if they are like the originals, they are roomy, clean and a pleasure to stay in.
We had some late arrivals into DPS last time, and Theo sent a pick up for them at the airport, and brought them directly to PW.
The area is quiet, but there are several nice side trips possible from here, and Theo can advise these.
They also have snorkelling equipment, and I believe also diving, and there are several good spots in this region.
I can recommend this as a good value option.
