if it's meant to happen it will. We were booked seperate seats to come back 3 days apart in April, which had hubby landing easter sunday and us in bali...not what we wanted.
I checked 3 times a day until at last I got the seat and we changed it.
Not the same as your circumstances I know but keep checking and someone somewhere may release more seats more flights or cancel.
Fingers crossed.
