I have suffered BB or similar every time I have gone to Asia including Bali except this last time when I took Travelan - before each meal. It is a preventative rather than a treatment for when you get BB and largely stops any E-Coli attaching to the bowel or intestine. It is good stuff but worth shopping around in Australia for the best price as the cost varies by heaps between chemists. It is available over the counter.
