It costs US25. Always has, from the time it was introduced. You can pay with Australian dollars. Just have $60 ready, and you'll get the change in Rupiah. Some people here have said that you don't get the correct change, and that's probably true, but it will make very little difference if you have to pay to change your Oz dollars into US dollars.
You can also pay by credit card, but keep in mind that you bank will probably consider this a cash transaction and will charge interest accordingly.
