I haven't visited Bali for some time now. Having just returned from Phuket, I found it really easy to hail down a tuk tuk driver or taxi for short trips around. Drivers were handy for longer day trips.
I'm staying in Jimbaran and wondering if it's possible to hail some kind of transport off the street for a few hours down to Uluwatu or over to Nusa Dua for lunch...something like that. I know about Bluebird Taxis but wondering if bemos are prolific as noone seems to really discuss them. Only drivers? If you hailed a bemo can you organise for them to collect you, for example.
