The final offer not too bad, though what is bi annual membership. Is this every 2 year ??? or twice a year??. I had priced a semi perm caravan site at a caravan park,this would cost you roughly $4000.00 per year and then you have too buy your own caravan. ?? worth thinking about. Thanks for replying
