It was Rp240,000 + 10% tax. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel in Sanur. I didn't have a voucher this time, but walked down to the Green Garden Restaurant, which is about 400m down the road (towards Tuban) from the Centro Mall (opposite Waterbom Park) and picked up a voucher there. One of the staff at the restaurant even made the booking for me then and there. You don't actually walk out of the place when you've finished, it's much more akin to floating!!! Great value though.
