June and what you do is pack your duty free in your luggage (liquid only and any perfume or gel)that goes on the plane,you can take your cigarettes with you, when you check your bags in we showed the guy the form you then go as you would normally do, where you would declare your duty free you just hand the form to them and all is clear.
