Unless things have changed, a work permit (Ijin Kerja) is separate from a KITAS (temporary stay permit) and you require both to live and work in Indonesia.
However, bloodyron is correct in saying around US$1,200 per year for the work permit PLUS the cost of the KITAS (and any other payments required to facilitate processing of visas).
