Th Flea Market

I remember reading a few years back about a Flea Market that had been set up somewhere in Bali. Unfortunately I didn't take much notice, but now I'd love to go and have a look when I and the rest of the mob return there in September/October.. . Is it still running and if yes, just eactly where is it?
