You will get hit with roaming....anyone who rings to your mobile will get charged differently because the SIM CARD will be registered as a Jakarta mobile number, so the same as STD calls in Austrlaia.
There are a few now, that you can change before you head to bali by typing in a couple of codes..then it will be considered local for bali as well...
