The residency and work permits will cost about Rp20.000.000 (AU$3000)per year, plus initial setup of about 3-4.000.000. You must be employed by Indo company that sponsors your application and you must collect your residency visa outside Indonesia and then after arriving you get your work permit finalised and register with police and immigration. It is renewed yearly at about 20m per year.
