one that is Balinese owned and run. The owner used to work for the 'other' company then decided to start up on his own. If you do a search for this you will see lots have done it and will recomend it.
The tour is really good, the food at the end is super good and caters for vegetarians if you let them know. The actual ride is followed by a van in case you get tired and a ute for the bike. You follow each other mostly downhill until the end. Plenty of rest breaks for water, cold facewashers, bananas etc. The bikes are in good condition as are the helmets. I did give up near the end and got in the van, no shame at all and before that I had pushed the bike a couple of times too. When the van stopped I felt a bit silly as it was literally only a 5 minuts ride to the end!
My jbr titled funstuff goes into a bit more explanation and may have the costs, I have since forgotten.
